Noritake’s flagship retail shop, Noritake Square Nagoya is located in the 'Noritake Garden' complex which has all things related to chinaware. This complex has a museum exhibiting 100 years of Noritake chinaware manufacture and also a factory tour facility.
Tax-free shopping is available and you can take away goods with you if they are in stock.

In addition to the wide range of products made with the techniques and skills that Noritake has become famous for since our founding in 1904, we also offer a wide selection of casual tableware and coordinating sundries that fit in with daily life based on the concept of "comfortable living that extends from the table" at Noritake Square Nagoya store. You can also find discontinued and special release items at in outlet section at discounted prices.

・Tax-free shopping is available for purchases over JPY 5,000 (please bring your passport).
Please note there are other conditions such as length of your stay in japan.
・International delivery is NOT available, however, purchased goods can be delivered to your hotel or to Airports in Japan.

If you are visiting Japan you can order from the Noritake Online Shop under the following conditions.

・Payment can be made only by credit card
・Delivery to your hotel - please provide your reservation name, hotel name and dates of your stay in Japan.
・Delivery date to your hotel can be negotiated but must be 5-7 days after the order is placed.
・Tax-free shopping is NOT available because Noritake Online Shop is a shop solely for the Japanese domestic market. Consumption tax will be charged.
